Forisk's Timber REIT Report delivers systematic tracking of an entire sector of timberland investment vehicles: publicly-traded, forest-owning real estate investment trusts (REITs).  Currently, three firms qualify under IRS codes:  Plum Creek, Potlatch and Rayonier. 

The bi-weekly Timber REIT Report summarizes business events and financial metrics relevant to the quality and performance of timber-dependent assets, markets, and cash flows.  We view value as a direct function of tangible cash flows; anything that changes the underlying ability of owned assets to generate cash reflects on the investment performance and attractiveness of the timber REITs themselves.
